Her extensive experience includes senior commercial roles with renowned hospitality brands such as Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels Worldwide, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, Angsana Hotels, and Constance Hotels & Resorts. Silvia has consistently delivered with business growth across leisure, corporate, MICE, and luxury travel segments.

In addition to her professional achievements, Silvia holds an MBA in Marketing Management with Honors and has completed a wide range of leadership, strategic management, and marketing certifications. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she brings a wealth of industry expertise, strategic insight, and a passion for building strong client relationships.
