Adrian Croft has been specialising in growing outbound business from Europe to all corners of the world since 1999.

Starting his career at Kuoni, he successfully worked across various departments including reservations, product, purchasing and marketing responsible for developing and increasing passenger numbers to Asia & Australasia for over seven years.

Moving client-side Adrian was responsible for the opening of the European office for Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, while also handling the pre-opening of six boutique Riads in Marrakech. His team consisted, 6 staff in London, 4 in Marrakech and 5 European sales offices across mainland Europe.

Continuing his career with Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts in 2011 he relocated to the Phuket as Director of Sales & Marketing where he oversaw the Sales & Marketing for their flagship property Banyan Tree Phuket, coordinating a team of 19 Thai Nationals to achieve budget performance.

Moving back to the UK he successfully opened the European Regional office for The Residence Hotels, managing their European Sales offices and providing strategic support and direction to the sales teams on property.

Canopy was founded in 2015
